Question Duplicate files

I have a bunch of duplicate files but with different names. Am I screwed? I know ccleaner and other programs check for duplicate files but only by name. If names are different, I don't know of any app that does that. Can local PC repair shops have specialized software that can help me? Is there a program that finds duplicates by their size or with the help of AI that detects same information in two files?

I've used the Fast Duplicate File Finder from the above link.

I think it worked pretty well, but I can't recall details.

I think there is a free version and a paid version with more functionality.

There are a bunch of others out there that work only on pictures if that's what you need.

Thought.....before you clean out any dupes have a full backup set aside.

I found two good ones that analyze hash. Alldup and jdupes. They seem to be doing the job.
