Hello I just got a new TV. I have a dual monitor setup on PC running in extended display mode. I connect a HDMI cable from my PC to my TV and I expected it to simply display my main monitor on my TV but so far I've only been getting my TV to display anything from PC as long as one of my monitors is not selected as a display in settings.

I have two AMD 7970 GPUs running in crossfire. Each monitor is connected to a DVI port on my primary graphics card and my TV is connected to the HDMI port on my primary GPU. Any help would be appreciated getting this to work! Thanks!

Hey guys I got it to work. I disabled crossfire in my Radeon Settings, plugged my TV HDMI into 2nd GPU, restarted PC and set duplicate display on 1 and 3 and it works. It's really jsut for watching stuff from my PC on TV so I won't need crossfire enabled. I will re-enable crossfire when playing games which will cut off my TV HDMI connection. Hopefully it wont be too hard to switch quickly between Dual monitor Crossfire and non-crossfire for TV.
