duplicate screen problem

I have an OEM win10 pro and all drivers are updated. But when i try to project using hdmi, duplicate is not working. When i use second screen and extend I have no problem encountered.

Hi,

Please do try to uninstall/reinstall the graphics driver that may help.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if it will work or not.
- Press the Windows key + P at the same time and select Duplicate and press Enter.
