Durable PSU under India rupees 4,500

Mobo : MSI Z87-G43 Gaming or Gigabyte H87-D3H ( till deciding )
GPU - MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozer Gaming Graphic 2GB OC
RAM - Corsair Vengeance (2 x 4GB) 1600 MHZ
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Cabinet - Corsair Carbide Series SPEC 01 Red LED
Monitor - mostly asus 24inch ( still deciding )

Please suggest a good PSU for the above config. I can shell somewhere around 4,500 indian rupees. i had one on my mind : Corsair VS650 650 Watts but i guess vs series is the low end series. please advise ?

the above psu is good and i think its better under 4500rs...........u could get that from here...
