Question During high gpu/cpu intensity games, crashes and does not recover

I have a ryzen 5 3600
Stock cooler
GTX 1070
16GB corsair vengeance rgb pro
ROG B450-f gaming
Corsair CX450M psu
Fractal design meshify c ATX

When playing forza or other high gpu and cpu intensity games, my entire pc will crash - with no BSOD, just a blank, black monitor. the monitor remains on.
Firstly, the screen goes black, then the mobo rgb lights change (not always to the power off mode), but DRAM and VGA rgb stays the same.



This continues until I switch the psu off or disconnect ac power. The power button does not work during this time



I'm not sure what causes this. It could be GPU (typically at 56 degrees celcius at ~100% utitsation)
Or mobo(CPU?)

Do you have XMP/DOCP enabled in your BIOS?

If you have, disable it and try running the system without it.
