Duron OC question

I have a Duron(morgan core) at 1GHz. Can the multiplier of the CPU be released by close the L1 contacts ?

Easy enough, use a mechanical pencil or a VERY sharp soft lead pencil ( 3B or higher ). You need a well lit area, a good sight and a steady hand. If the motherboard won't keep your multiplier settings or won't boot, use a white eraser and start again.

I created two "monster" Duron Morgan ( AHHAA 1GHz @ 6 x 166MHz and AHLCA 1.2GHz @ 7.5 x 166MHz ) both run stable UNDERvolted on A7V333-R. According to benchmarks, they both love the higher bandwidth they get by running on a 66MHz faster FSB.
