Duron voltage

I just got a Duron 800 on a Gigabyte GA-7zx.
When i measure with Via Harware Monitor i get :
Voltage
1.67
0.27
3.41
5.13
12.60
At the 0.27 it gives me an error message.Is it Cpu or mobo problem? and how can i fix it?
Please can you help? Thanks..

I had one low voltage last month (don't remember which one) and it was corrected by reseating the power supply plug.

May not help but worth a try, Bill
