I want to overclock my duron. but there is one problem. The Motherboard i have is MSI K7T pro that doesnt suport multipel change.

I have read that you can overclock by changing the smal bridges ontop of the cpu.
But how should i cut them?
wath method would be best?

Doesnt support Multipel Change? Never heard of that, but I assume your talking about changing the multiplier? It's not the motherboard that supports it (well, in a way), it's the processor. Like, the ABit is the only one you can change the multiplier in the BIOS on.....

The article on changing the L1 and L2 bridges on the CPU can be found in the CPU Articles archive

i mean that mu cpu is unlocked but since my motherboard don't allow me to change the multiplier of the processor i need to modify the small bridges ontop of the processor.

wath i wanted to know is wath is the best way to cut and restore the smal bridges?

After you unlock your processor, you can set your multiplier in the Bios.

The K7T Pro2a has an Award BIOS. Go to the "Frequency/Voltage Control" section in the BIOS and make the multiplier changes in the "CPU Clock Ratio" sub section. It has a 5.5 to 12.5 range.

Hope this helps, Bill
