dust filters for system

I have the BitFenix Nova Black Window and I noticed my pc started collecting quite a lot of dust in a short amount of times so I have a question:
do you guys know any dust filters that fit in the front of the case? (preferrably across the whole height)
I know this case is cheap and yes I should've waited to buy a better one but right now I just need filters.

I dont have the time, skill or the right tools for that + a lot of it would be unused as I wouldn't need that much...
