Dust filters for the top, is it bad for the fans?

Hey everyone. I have a Phanteks p400s and I have got two fans on the top which are 140mm and one 120mm on the back. They are rgb NZXT fans and in according to see the colors I had to place them pointing inside the case. They are taking air from outside to in right?
Also I have 240mm Corsair h100 liquid cooler in the front.

I hear so much noise without the top dust filters. Should I use them is it going to affect the case heating?

Many thanks.

Solution
The side with the RGB LEDs is the side that takes the air in, while the side without the RGB LEDs (the side with the X bracket support) is the side that takes the air out.

In your current configuration, the top 140mm fans where you see the RGB LEDs, are actually exhausting the air from inside your case and out toward the top (just like the rear fan) - not the other way around as you thought. This is typically, the logical orientation for the top fans.

You can remove the dust filters as you wish if the sound bothers you (or you can just control the fan speed to a certain percentage/RPM so that the sound will not be as loud even with the dust filters on).

Dust filters on exhaust fans are not really required (or doesn't do anything...

Dust filters on exhaust fans are not really required (or doesn't do anything significantly great). In fact, if your case takes in some dust from other crevices, it will actually just accumulate in the between the fan and the dust filter.
