Dusty DVD and Optical drive lens reader for PC and Ps4 Pro?

My little sister put a slightly dirty DVD to watch a movie on my PC. When I ejected it to put my game, I noticed that when I slid my finger across it there was a light layer of dust. Now, from my understanding dust is really attracted to that CD surface and the only way it would really come off was with a cloth.

Do you think it may have spun fast and the dust started circulating and landed all on my Laser Reader. She also did this with my PS4 Pro, which I hope did not damage or get hurt?

Isn't there a static bond between dust and DVD? So hopefully I am good? LOL

Part of my routine maintenance with all optical drives, especially the ones in my PC, are to open the drawer and shoot some compressed air into them. I do this several times a year and it keeps everything clean.
