I have installed new RAM modules on my RAMPAGE II extreme mobo. There are 4 modules of 4GB (Kingston HyperX Beast type 1600MHz) i've got a powercolor HD5870 GPU and 3 500GB HDD Samsung Green Power type. running Windows 8 and have a 650W antec earthwatts PSU. the modules should be installed correctly. Before these RAM modules I also had kingston hyperx memory but lower clock speeds.
The rampage 2 comes with a PCI sound card and this one's not working anymore, same with my DVD drive, but apparently my BIOS detects this DVD drive, it's just not functional.
Do you have any idea how to fix this?
