After working some more with the built-in authoring in Ulead's VideoStudio,
I find that I really don't have much control over the menu creation.

I was wondering if someone could please recommend a good and inexpensive
authoring tool that would allow me to basically put whatever text and
graphics I desire on the menu.

Thanks.

DVD Workshop is easy to use, not overly expensive and allows a fair measure
of control.
