Hello,
I recently bought magic dvd copier software to make backup copies of my movies. It worked a few times and then quit.Soon after my system crashed. I had to restore my laptop to factory settings. Now my dvd burner will not work. I have down loaded the ATI catylist software but still won't work. Any suggestions?

Your burner will use the windows default drivers.

You may simply need to enable burning on the drive (right click on the drive-->properties).

What's the problem with it? Does it show up? Does it read anything? Is it that it just doesn't burn anything?
