i already went through 4 diffent dvd/cd rom drives , changed the ide strap cable , deleted filters from the registrys which i did not see any low filter and next uninstalled the device from device manager and rebooted. whatelse can i do ? i heard updating the motherboad ide driver will solve the problem on my destop?
