DVD drive error Code 19

Hi there,

I have an issue regarding the DVD drive in my computer. The DVD drive works, but it when it reads a disk, it doesn't show up on my computer. I went into the device manager and under the properties of my DVD drive, it shows "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)." I've tried going into my registry to try to locate the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters values, but I do not see them. Is there any other way to fix this problem?

Here's my computer specs:
-Asus Gryphon Z87 Motherboard
-Intel Core i5 4670k
-Samsung SuperWritemaster SS-224DB
-Nvidia GTX 660
