dvd drive keeps appears and disappears...

hello everyone and happy new year! 2 weeks ago i bought a new dvd drive and the last days it keeps appears and disappears from my computer.when i go to the device manager i can see it but it says that it has no drivers.if i reboot my pc it appears again sometimes but when i try to burn a disc i got an error while burning it and stops.at first it was working great.i've install my motherboards drivers and everything from the site not the disc.its an TSST corp CDDVDW SH-224DB ATA Device.oh and yes i uninstalled it and then rebooted my pc so it can find the drivers but no solution...can you help me please?

is there any possibility that occurs because of a bad sata cable? cause i checked the connection and the end on the devise its a bit loose...

i just replaced the cable.the drive appears correctly but i haven't tested it yet.if i got an error then i'm going for a new one or a replacement of that.
