Any suggestions? Thanks

Solution
Try updating (or reinstalling if you don't have a newer version) all of the drivers associated with the motherboard. Check if the DVD Drive has a driver available on its manufacturer's website. Try to update or reset your BIOS/UEFI as well.

Try solution 6 from the KB in my previous post.
If everything fails, since this seems to be an OS related issue, I'd recommend that you get in touch with Microsoft's customer support for more information.

Please keep me updated.

Hello, Boogieman_WD, resolutions 1~4 had no result. resolution 5, I do not see ATA Channel 0, ATA Channel 1, or Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller. only Intel 8 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller. Tried update that driver, Windows says it's the right one. Unsure how to go from there. Tried plugging in USB DVD writer from LG Hitachi, circa 2014, and it to has a yellow ! on it, not working either.
