DVD Drive Problem

DVD Drive of my Acer Aspire 4720Z (Windows 7) has stopped reading DVDs. What is the solution?

Thanks for your help. Where/how to get/install it and what will be the cost?

what country are you based in? Installation should be straight forward as you only need to remove 1 screw which holds the drive in normally marked with a CD logo, after removing the screw the drive should just gently pull out.
