DVD Drive won't open... also can't set jumpers to work corre

tly... I need help, my dvd drive won't open and I cannot get the jumpers to be set correctly. I have the biostar t6100 Am2, and the CoolerMaster Elite 330 case.... you can reply here or reach me on aim at keiser3616 thanks....

On my jumpers, I have a triangle and a G, what's the triangle and whats the ground?

The drive works now, I fixed that but the monitor only comes on after I hit the reset button on my case and my case is the Eite 330 (coolermaster)
