DVD drive won't open no little pin hole

my second DVD drive won't open, no little pin hole like my old pc, No little buttons on either side of the drive. The main drive works fine. Someone help please.

what brand/model is it?

Does it show up in windows? If so right click it and choose open/eject whatever the option is called (I forget and this PC has no optical drive).

You're sure it's an actual drive, never heard of one without an eject button.
