DVD driver

Hello,My computer cannot recognise CD and DVD.It says the driver is not properly installed.What can Ido ?

Go into Device Manager. Right click on the device and select unintstall. Say yes to removing the drivers. Reboot the system. Windows will detect the "new" device and attempt to re-load the drivers. If all is working properly, you will be good to go.
