Dvd drives not showing up

Hello,
Yes i have a question when i try to watch a movie on my laptop it will not let me for some reason my dvd drives not showin gup anywhere on my laptop

Try removing the upper/lower filters:

This solution seemed to work for lots of people!

go to start
right click on my computer
click on manage
then click on storage
then click on disk management
then right click on your device and select add letters and path
window will pop up then click on add
the select an alphabet and click on ok
