Dvd player not recognized by compaq 6720s

Hello,since a while my DVD/CD player is having issues. Eacht time I put a CD or DVD in it(full)the computer says the DVD or CD is empty

uninstall it in the device manager then reboot computer!should reinstall correctly itself!
