dvd rom trouble

hallo..i have trouble about my laptop dvd rom..i was installed the best driver dvd rom,but still can't reading all of cd..
what have i to do about it?
my laptop is dell inspiron N4030.

Does the drive make any clicking,grinding,Etc. noises

If the cd disc is unreadable or defective then the dvd/cd drive can't read it. Nothing you can do.
