my DVD is not working in my AUSU Note book, i am calling to AUSU People here in Riyadh but they are not receiving my call.

Maybe they're closed for the weekend. You could try their website in the meantime - most laptop manufacturers include some diagnostic tests either in a folder with their name on it, or on their website that you can download. For example, my Dell laptop has a folder on the C: drive named Dell, and there's a diagnostic tool to check various aspects such as memory, HD, optical drive, etc.
