Hello and greetings;

I've built a new system. And installed Win 10 Edu. But since the very first time; the DVD-RW doesn't work. I thought it was about driver; because ethernet connection wasn't work either, then I installed the driver and now it works.

DRW-24F1ST has no driver for Win10 yet. Is this situation about driver or should I check SATA connections? If it is about driver, should I wait for it?

By the way; I can see DVD-RW on BIOS but as name, it just says 'DVD-RW' or something like that.

*Edit: I can't see it on 'My Computer'

Thank you in advance.

I have the exact same problem with the same model dvd drive. Yet to find a solution but mine shows as a cd-rom. Tried uninstalling generic drivers etc no luck. Good job they are only cheap.
