DVD RW drive (E)

Hello,
When I insert a dvd, cdrom, cd I receive a message "Please insert a disc". Also when I right click drive e it will not open. Device manager says everything is ok.

Does it happens with every CD inserted to the device?
If yes, it's probably related to the optical lens system (might be dirty/dusty)
