Question DVD's Continually FAIL to Burn

I have no idea why, or how...but my DVD burner now fails to burn a DVD 99% of the time with no rhyme or reason. I even used another computer, with different drive, and same issue...help?

Aside from burning the DVD, what are you trying to accomplish? Just burning a movie onto dvd?
