Dvi 144hrz Help me

So i currently use a Acer Monitor gn246hl and i used to use DVI duel link and got 1080p 144hrz but i recently got a RTX 2070 and got a display port to dvi single link and can only use 60hrz. my question is can i buy a display port to dvi duel link and get 1080p 144hrz

Those adapters, that support high refresh rates are rather expensive.
This one will support 1080p @120Hz.

Same OEM. They work up to 144 Hz if I remember correctly too.
