I installed a new processor and GPU for a friend and everything worked fine until we tried to get both his monitors working. Before, he could plug both Dvi cable and sub-D into his motherboard and it would work, but now it does not. I looked into it and i attempted to enter his bios to setup iGPU multi-monitor setting but the system agent configuration tab was no where to be found. I looked for over half an hour and could not find this setting anywhere in the bios. Please help.

specs for friends computer (the important stuff)
GPU: 1660 TI
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
MB: Asus Prime B450M-A
Ram: 16gbs vengeance
PS: Corsair gold 650 W 80+

Solution
The ports on the motherboard only work if an APU is installed and the r5 2600 is not an APU so the video ports on the motherboard are dead. You'll need to run both monitors from the 1660 ti.
