DVI-D (GPU) to VGA (Monitor) Quality Loss

Will it affect my gaming experience? Am I gonna loose any frames?
I think not but it good to have a second opinion in mind.

Should be fine for 1920x1080p@60FPS or lower.

It will be less of an issue for gaming versus other PC uses. I can always see the difference when VGA is used - text is not as crisp and well defined as when using a digital monitor input.
