DVI-D Monitor Disconnected if I click "detect" button!

So recently I started to have a problem where when I am trying to use multiple monitors and I am setting up resolutions and such, I click on the Detect button to detect other monitors, the new monitor gets detected but the one in the DVI-D slot is disconnected and won't be detected again until I shut down the PC for multiple hours to rest.

Main monitor Is using Dual-Link DVI cable, 2nd one is a HDMI.

It is an NVIDIA GTX 780

Confirmed , I fixed my problem with a new Dual-Link DVI-D Cable.
