Question Dvi-d monitor to displayport/hdmi

Showing no signal after installing new gpu. New gpu has 3x display ports and 1x hdmi but my monitor has 1xvga and 1xdvi-d dual link. I have dvi-d single link wire with dvi-d single to display port adapter and show no signal. Also I used my other monitor which is direct display port to display port still no signal.
Cpu: 10400f ( no integrated)

Helps if we know what the new gpu and old gpu are and is the pcie power plugs installed?

Old gpu gtx 55ti new gpu 1660 super. I checked new gpu on my friend pc and it is working

I check my gpu into many different pc and it shows display only on ryzen motherboards and Intel 3rd gen only. What will be the issue? I check my PC and it run every card but not 1660 super..
