[SOLVED] DVI-D to DisplayPort adapter, 144hz?

I just bought a new graphics card that only has only Displayports, USB C and HDMI ports, so no DVI-D port.

Now the problem is that I have two monitors, one that has a displayport port and a BenQ XL2411 which only supports 144hz through a DVI-D cable. I bought a DVI-D to Displayport cable but I can't seem to get my second monitor at 144hz.
