DVI-D to VGA or HDMI to VGA

I am getting an HIS Radeon HD 7750 and want dual VGA monitors. It has 1 HDMI port, 1 Dual DVI-D, and 1 VGA. Is there an adapter for DVI-D to VGA or would I be better off with an HDMI to VGA?

There are active adapters which will convert DVI-D or HDMI to VGA, but no passive ones.
