I've recently began building my own custom pc. It is fully assembled to my knowledge, but when I plugged in the DVI or HDMI cables to my GPU or motherboard, I was greeted with DVI/HDMI no signal. Everything looks to be plugged into the correct areas, so I don't know what the issue could be. Everything within the case seems to work - the fans spin, RGB is working, motherboard has power, and the GPU is on. I have tried many solutions so far.
Some solutions I have tried are as follows:
I'm not sure as to why my PC won't boot to the bios or receive any signal. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
My specs are:
CPU: i7 8700K @ 3.7Ghz
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-E
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4
GPU: GTX 1080 ACX 3.0 FTW Edition
Storage: WD Blue 1TB HDD
Case: Nzxt H440 Razer Edition Gaming Mid Tower CA-H440W-RA
Fan: Corsair LL140 RGB 140mm Dual Light Loop RGB LED PWM Fan

Monitor: ASUS VG248QE Black 24" Gaming Monitor, 144 Hz 1ms (GTG), 3D Monitor, Height & pivot adjustable, 350 cd/m2, Built-in Speakers
Some solutions I have tried are as follows:
- Exchanging RAM sticks
- Unplugging/Plugging in my monitor
- Disconnecting GPU
- Reconnecting Front Panel Connectors
- Reconnecting HDD
- Reconnecting PSU cables
