I'm planning to buy PALIT GTX 1660 StormX it appears this video card have DVI-D dual port, but on my monitor it only have DVI-I dual port. So my question is can I connect DVI-D dual cable to DVI-I dual port to my monitor?

No effect.

DVI-I (DVI Integrated) means both Analog and Digital signals are carried/accepted.
DVI-D (DVI Digital) means only the Digital signal is carried/accepted.

The digital part of DVI-I is identical to the digital signal of DVI-D.
