I have this graphics card:

https://www.amazon.com/PNY-DisplayPort-Profesional-Graphics-VCQ4000MAC-PB/dp/B004CRS78O

And two of these monitors:

Basically the annoying thing is that I cannot find a way to connect the DVI-I output to one of those monitors (using an adapter) without there being a loss in resolution. Everything I find specfically only converts from DisplayPort to DVI, not the other way around (or it requires DVI-D).

Is there a way around this, or am I going to have to get a different monitor or Grapics Card?

DVI-I if I'm correct will display either DVI-A (analog) or DVI-D (digital) through a single connector. You should be able to plug in a passive adapter to convert from DVI-I -> analog, or get an adapter to go from DVI-D to HDMI with a passive adapter, but any way you cut it you'll need an active adapter to get from DVI-(anything) to Displayport, and you'll lose resolution with that monitor unless you have a dual-link DVI-D (which yours is!).

Easiest way to drive it then would be getting a DVI Dual Link cable, and it should be able to drive the monitor at full resolution.

This would probably do it right here:

----edit----

Never mind, you have no DVI in... That is a puzzler - and about the only way to do it would be an active adapter to go from DVI-Dual-Link to displayport.

Or pick a different monitor which accepts Displayport and DVI-Dual Link.
