monitor to video card cables. Monitor has a vga and a dvi-d connectors. Video card has vga and dvi-i and hdmi connectors. My question is which would be better vga to vga or use a dvi-d adaptor to dvi-i with a dvi-i cable.
DVI it's, digital. DVI-I has analog and digital signal
Would it matter that the monitor is DVI-D and the graphics card is DVI-I (Ge Force gt440 2gb 128 bit) I know I will need an adapter. Also the graphics card has HDMI. Would it make sense to go from DVI-D (monitor) to graphics card HDMI. Don't know which way would be better.
Thank you for your help.... I'm so lame at this stuff!
