DVI on CRT

Any ideas for a workaround? This Dual Input IBM P260 CRT has VGA and a DVI-I Dual inputs but you can't utilize the DVI input with a Mac G4 because Mac's ADC to DVI-D adapter lacks the 4 smallest Pins. I'm sending a PC to the VGA input. Any Ideas?

Get the adaptor for the mac to output to vga, then get a vga to dvi adaptor.
