Should I use hdmi or DVI port when pluging graphics card to monitor?

Depends if you want sound. HDMI has it, DVI doesnt. Thats if the monitor has HDMI on it

Use HDMI it has sound and the video should be the same. It is also just newer technology.

Depends on the monitor. What monitor is it?

If your monitor has speakers, hdmi will output sound to them.
Otherwise, dvi or hdmi does not matter, they are both digital.
