Question DVI port packed up on CyberPower PC ?

I have a Cyberpower GMA6600CPG that has only 1 HDMI and 1 DVI port each for my monitors. I have been using both up until today when I stopped getting signal from the DVI port. I did the usual trouble shooting: HDMI works on both monitors. DVI port does NOT work on either monitor. I tried new DVI cables on both monitors and still no signal - so it's definitely the DVI port on the pc. This computer has integrated graphics instead of a graphics card. AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon RX Vega 11 processor. I've udpated the drivers, reset defaults etc to no avail.

Don't know what to do next. Can I open the pc up and replace the DVI port? If so, how do I find out what new port to buy?

Or alternately, can I add a real graphics card? If so, how do I know what cards can go with my system.

The pc is over 3 years old. I don't use it for gaming but really need 2 monitors for the work I do.

Any help would be appreciated.
