Question Dvi to dvi not working in rx580?

I have a problem, i connect my monitor to my rx580(which only has dvi, i know it sucks) i used dvi to dvi cable but it didn't go through, it just shows the windows 10 logo and loading below it, and then darkness. So I'd try to use hdmi to vga cable and a vga dvi adaptor. Because again my graphic card has only dvi port. My spec of my pc is here:
Ryzen 3 3200g
16gb ram
Rx580 4gb
1rb storage

Monitor specs:
Fresh rate : 144
Resolution 1920*1080
Reaponse time 4ms

I also used my previous monitor which only have vga and that monitor is led and almost considered as a boomer monitor. I used vga to vga cable and a vga and dvi adaptor and it work. But i just bought my new high spec monitor.

What type of dvi cable are you using?? Is it single link or dual link dvi. Because of how new your monitor there is a small chance it won’t be supported by single link. I believe the output on the rx580 is dvi-d dual link.
