I just ordered a Samsung 191t based on a number of reviews, and seeing one in action connected through a DVI connector. While my card has a DVI connector that I plan on using, I'm curious about the nature of it.

If you use a standard 15-pin analog connector, and don't run the monitor at it's native resolution, the image is interpolated and hence there's bluriness.

Does this hold true for a flat panel connected through a DVI connection?

Yes

The video interface has nothing to do with the scaling affect when you run the monitor off its native resolution.
