dvr wrieless help

I want to view my dvr from home through my iphone. its works on my iphone via the app MEYE using my wireless connection from the router at the shop (which the dvr is also connected to). But when i try using it from my 3g internet or at home it doesnt work. please help. here are my details

you will need to setup a DDNS, and do a port forwarding setup in your router for ports 8000, 8090, and 9000 to internal IP 192.168.1.150
