If I run applications such as games that are heavier on the graphics card my computer blacks out and plays the device disconnect sound, I get these alerts in reability monitor

I can confirm that neither my graphics card or processor are overheating and I have tried reinstalling both windows and graphics drivers.

Please help

Can you click on the view details link next to the hardware error and on the top DWM line, and copy/paste text into here.

Try running anti virus or malewarebytes as there is a virus around that attacks dwm

what are specs of PC?

Try doing a clean boot and see if its any better - read instructions and make sure NOT to close all Windows services or Windows won't boot right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

that will tell us if its a 3rd party program cauing the problem, if its fixed, slowly readd them to start up to find cause

I would suggest booting into safe mode and seeing if its drivers but it might be hard to play a game to test it, and if it only happens on graphics heavy programs, that won't work in safe mode as it runs at lower res.

a few other suggestions - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware-winpc/windows-10-dwmexe-has-stopped-working/8b297d26-d3ab-4941-b7c9-2ddcf6b8882b
