I can confirm that neither my graphics card or processor are overheating and I have tried reinstalling both windows and graphics drivers.

Can you click on the view details link next to the hardware error and on the top DWM line, and copy/paste text into here.

Try running anti virus or malewarebytes as there is a virus around that attacks dwm

what are specs of PC?

Try doing a clean boot and see if its any better - read instructions and make sure NOT to close all Windows services or Windows won't boot right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

that will tell us if its a 3rd party program cauing the problem, if its fixed, slowly readd them to start up to find cause

I would suggest booting into safe mode and seeing if its drivers but it might be hard to play a game to test it, and if it only happens on graphics heavy...
