[SOLVED] Dx 11 unstable

Okay, so I play fortnite and on dx 12 the game does run fine but isnt quite optimized yet for dx 12 and dx 11 is. Now every time I switch to dx 11 my fps starts stuttering and being unstable. I just wantbto know if that some drivers issues or just something in fortnite

Gpu sapphire rx 5600 xt pulse (21.1.1 drivers)
Cpu i5 6600k
Ram 16gb 2133mhz
Btw I know for the disabling of fullscreen optimizations and high performance graphics settings both in windows and amd settings

radeon isnt great for dx11, it doesnt support dx11 multithreading
