DX 12 On Windows 10

Hi guys. I just upgraded to windows 10, and I thought that my GPU will support DX12, but when I ran a GPU-Z it shows DX11.2 only. I have an R7 260X, which I thought will support DX12. I m also curious to know, that will I see performance increases with my setup on Windows 10?

R7 260X 1GB
6GB RAM

The performance increases should be significant in newer games, not sure which DX11 games have been ported to DX12 though?

This will all take some time for everyone to catch up like everything else about Windows 10, so don't expect immediate gratification in older games.

I have catalyst 15.7, and the newest version of GPU-Z (0.8.4)

Belive it or not, i tested other games to. In metro 2033 redux high settings, my avg fps in 1080p increased from 31 to 40. Only dota 2 sucks for me, but i solved that to by changing the screen to windowed. But i still can t get why gpu z shows only dx 11.2.

You should be fine then if you are using one of the latest Win 10 builds.
